Would you like to name a sewage treatment plant after yourself (--or maybe someone you don't like very much)? If so, you're in luck . . .
--Right now, Webber International University (--which is in Babson Park, Florida . . . about 60 miles east of Tampa) is building a new sewage treatment plant . . . and they're auctioning off the right to name the facility on eBay.
